COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE (02/10/21)
While unlikely, please be aware that local COVID-19 measures could impact our carrier networks, which could cause unexpected delays in our deliveries.

** Normal Shipping - Generally items with a box weight of less than 50kg.
** Express Shipping - Typically shipments with a single heavy boxed item weighing more than 50kg.

Information relating to deliveries, cancellations and returns
Free delivery: all orders are delivered FREE to mainland Italy addresses.
Standard shipping: the expected delivery time is 5 working days. Our goal is to meet these guidelines at all times. However, occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable at peak trading times of the year. The peak trading period runs from November 1st to the end of February. During these high volume months, standard delivery times could extend to 21 business days. We recommend that you select an express delivery service if the delivery is time-critical (eg Christmas gift).
Please note that if you order more than one product, you may receive them on different days and / or with different delivery companies.
Delivery is between 7:00 and 20:00. Our couriers are unable to provide specific delivery times, but will provide you with an estimated delivery window the evening before delivery via SMS / email. Last orders for a two business day delivery must be placed by 3pm on the previous business day. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays and over the weekend will not be delivered until Tuesday unless you have chosen a Saturday delivery.
Based on availability, if you have selected an installation, please note that it will NOT be installed the next day. Installations can take between 10-21 business days. Please call the toll free number for more information. Financial orders may not receive items the next day due to the claim process. NB: This service is currently suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions. Installation services suspended due to national logout restrictions from 5 November 2020.
