Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 (information, cancellation and additional costs)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Fees) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specifications, perishable goods, or store-bought goods.

Note: In-store merchandise is changed at the manager's discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel the order you must write to us at our headquarters, or send an email to [email protected] before the order is shipped or within 14 days of delivery of the items, quoting the order number .

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or refuse to accept the delivery, you are responsible for all return shipping costs to E-SHOPX. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of delivery of the items, it is your responsibility to return the items to E-SHOPX at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and that the goods arrive in like-new and salable condition by a courier who requires a signature as proof of delivery.

Collection of defective products
In the event that an item is received that has a defect or is found to be defective upon delivery, we will arrange for the item to be collected free of charge or a technician to call for it at the manufacturer's discretion. Items for collection must be packed in safe and appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our couriers within 24 hours of your notification that they are defective. If when the courier arrives to collect the goods it is found not available / ready, a charge will be charged to the courier to be collected. Once we have received the items at E-SHOPX, we will inspect the products and, if necessary, send a replacement product.

Note: If the product is found to be non-defective when it is returned, we may send the item back to you and all shipping costs will be at your expense. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, we reserve the right to charge for any / all repairs. Merchandise purchased in-store is changed at the manager's discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

warranty information
All products on our website and in our catalogs are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you use any of the products in an environment other than a residential home, you must check if the product you are purchasing has a guarantee for the environment in which you will use it. For example, a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty when used in a full or light commercial environment. If you are unsure about the required usage classification, please ask and we will be happy to check if the chosen products are suitable. No manufacturer's warranty covers the failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way, or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care. Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you need clarification on the terms for particular products, we will be happy to provide you with these if not already detailed on the site.

The Return to Base Warranty covers all parts (for the warranty period) from the date of purchase. In addition, we also offer a parallel "return to base" guarantee. Under a "return to base" warranty, the customer has full responsibility for returning and collecting the item from our service center, in the unlikely event that a technician is required for repair. However, depending on your location, our service department may be able to provide you with a quote for a "pickup and return service" if needed.



Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the consumer guarantee.

To register this product and qualify for any applicable warranty extensions, please complete the Warranty Registration Card and send it with your proof of purchase to the address listed on the back of this booklet or register online at iconsupport.eu.

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations
Every EU Member State now has a legal obligation to minimize the disposal of WEEE in landfills. The overall goal of the WEEE regulations is to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when they reach the end of their life.

We all have a responsibility to contribute to the reuse, recycling and other forms of WEEE recovery under these regulations. Over 75% of waste electrical products end up in landfills, where lead and other toxins contained in electrical products can cause soil and water contamination which can lead to negative effects on human health and the environment.

Electrical and electronic equipment manufactured after August 13, 2005 should have the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the packaging or product. The purpose of the symbol is to encourage households to dispose of their WEEE separately from household waste.

What should you write about?

Your review must reflect your first-hand experience. You need to focus on the relevant points of the product. It is acceptable to evaluate the functionality and quality of the purchased product.

If your review contains information not related to the product, you may be asked to edit your review or it may be removed. The review must not include any of the following:

Opinions on other products / brands.
Defamatory statements or a violation of the Guidelines
Violent / vulgar language or sexist / racial character.
Any personal information about another person, including another person's name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, or any other information that could be used to track , identify, contact or impersonate that person.
You agree and agree that E-SHOPX may remove any of the above violations from the review. You also agree and agree that E-SHOPX may remove references to other companies and websites (including links) from the review. Removed information is replaced with blanks or similar and e-shopx will not otherwise make changes to your review.
