WARRANTY OF RETURN OF THE E-SHOPX.COM WEBSITE
To qualify for the website return option within 14 days, the product must have been purchased online on the E-SHOPX website or by phone. Please note that the Return within 14 days option does not apply to in-store sales. Some special order items (such as made-to-order only or imported specifically for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 14-day return option. If so, you will be notified before shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (in its original packaging, transportation prepaid by you) for a refund or credit. If the return notification is received in writing after 7 days of receipt of the goods, the refund or credit will be deducted from the actual, delivery and / or assembly costs incurred by us for the delivery of the product. Within 7 days you are only responsible for the return shipping. Please note that all free items received when purchasing returned products must be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from E-SHOPX.
To return merchandise, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging and must reach us in good condition with freight prepaid by you. Returned merchandise must be returned to E-SHOPX within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must pay all shipping charges in advance and insure the shipping or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipping, for which you will be responsible. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact E-SHOPX customer service at the toll-free number. We will credit your purchase immediately upon receiving the returned item with an RMA number.
Please note that returned goods purchased from our website will be inspected upon return - goods not "as new" may be subject to a penalty.
Customers must keep the original packing material for at least 14 days; in case of returning the item to E-SHOPX. Please note E-SHOPX will not accept returned goods in non-original packaging. Please note that any customer who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product damaged in transit will be subject to the return shipping cost incurred by E-SHOPX.
Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 (information, cancellation and additional costs)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Fees) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this catalog for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specifications, perishable goods, or store-bought goods.
If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or refuse to accept delivery, you are responsible for all shipping costs for returning to E-SHOPX. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of delivery of your items, it is your responsibility to return the items to E-SHOPX at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and that the goods arrive in like-new and salable condition by a courier who requires a signature as proof of delivery.
